A new module to automate calibration and adjustment operations
The JRI-MySirius application extends its functionalities dedicated to metrology to calibrate, check and adjust measurement chains
The Calibration module of the JRI-MySirius solution allows you to perform calibration operations on Nano SPY mini-dataloggers, LoRa SPY connected sensors, JRI digital probes as well as Labguard 3D transmitters and other manufacturer ranges.
Calibration at several points, adjustment, use of MPE (Maximum Tolerable Error), conformity validation, drift analysis, correction of measurement errors with modeling to improve measurement accuracy... all the features available on the Calibration module are divided into 2 levels.
Optimize calibration processes
To carry out your metrological operations in complete autonomy, all you have to do is fill in your calibration means, create your programs with the calibration points you want and let yourself be guided through the step-by-step steps.
With the control of the calibration bench, you can calibrate up to 20 Digital Sensor Evolution probes. The metrological data produced via the Calibration module is automatically synchronized in the life sheets of your equipment on the JRI-MySirius operating software.
Metrology management of your measurement chains
You can generate metrological reports customizable to your specific graphic elements and information. A dedicated documentary space is available to store and consult them according to the period provided with your JRI-MySirius subscription.
The history of metrological operations on your Nano SPY and LoRa SPY measuring devices is also available.
In addition, the configuration of metrological alerts allows you to be notified automatically when an intervention is to be carried out.
The Calibration module is compatible with all JRI-MySirius service levels rom the 4.0 version of the application.
